When listing your home, no matter how great of a deal it is, you must make it accessible for showings. Limiting your showing times to the middle of the day or appointment only is not only frustrating for the buyer's agent but for the buyers. Most buyers work and are trying to see your home after work or on the weekends. They can't buy what they can't see.

If you work from home, take a walk or take some work to a local coffee house. Even though you may be a little inconvenienced, it will be over soon because your home will sell that much faster!
